Hi all! I wanted to start a blog as a place to house all of my rambling thoughts and hopefully minister to a few people as I share what God has laid on my heart. 

I grew up in south Georgia, but have lived in South Carolina for many years. I work full time as an Academic Advisor and as a part-time Adjunct Instructor at Clemson University. I have been in the field of higher education for more than ten years.

However, my passion is teaching and studying the Word. I teach a young adult class at my church, but have taught a wide variety of age groups through the years. My favorite moment is when the knowledge about God changes a person's heart and it becomes a revelation of God's heart to that person. 

In my downtime, I enjoy reading, music, watching sports, spending time with my family, and loving on my dog. I hope that you find encouragement here!
